If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure a positive shopping experience.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We provide a 30-day return option for all our products. You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return request. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition—unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear or athletic use.
  • It must be in the original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that show signs of sweat, dirt, or field use.
  • Proof of purchase or a valid order number is required to process your request.

3. Exchange Policy

Did you order the Softball pattern but meant to get Soccer? Or perhaps the Neon Green doesn't match your team's jersey? We are happy to facilitate exchanges for different designs or colors. To exchange an item, please contact our support team to confirm stock availability for your preferred replacement.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team directly via email at Info@sleevescrunchies.com.
  2. Include your full name, order number, and the reason for the return in your message.
  3. Once our team reviews your request, we will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address for our facility in West Chester, Ohio.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected by our quality control team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.) within a certain amount of days, depending on your bank's policies.
  • Shipping Costs: Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items. Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our patented design. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for any manufacturing errors to ensure you are back on the field as soon as possible.
